When counseling is effective it is hard, difficult, and at times even uncomfortable! My style is a direct approach reflecting your words to assist you in doing the work. I believe you have the answers and path available to you, you may need support and guidance seeing the direction. I provide in-office or telehealth counseling sessions. Through counseling, I work with Families, Adults, and Teens to overcome problems such as Anger, ADHD, Defiance, Broken Relationships, Trauma, Self-Harm, Worry, and Impulsive Behaviors. Together we will use emotional, physical, and healthy lifestyle strategies to develop skills to handle the “its” of life. Depending on the desire of the client, I can incorporate exercise or art into the talk therapy process. Individual, Family, and Telehealth counseling services are available.
