My practice is called Ray of Light Wellness, based on the idea that healing can take place when we someone has the guidance needed to find light even in the darkest of times. As a clinician, I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, grief &loss, eating disorders, and substance abuse. I am also a lyme literate and CIRS literate therapist who understands the organic effects of these illnesses on the brain and mental health. I have a background of working with many age groups but currently only work with adults 18-65+. I use CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to accomplish client goals. I meet with clients Monday through Friday and take evening appointments Monday through Thursday. I am currently only licensed to meet with clients in the state of Massachusetts. I provide a free 30 min consult for those who are interested in becoming a client and have questions.
