I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and families. These include individuals suffering from chronic mental illness, personality disorders, juvenile offenders, and individuals suffering from various anxiety and depression disorders. I specialize in anger and anxiety management for adults and adolescents. I also enjoy working with highly intelligent adults and teens who have a difficult time adjusting and adapting socially. This includes working with individuals on the high functioning end of the Autism spectrum, and individuals who test out in the gifted range.

I also have experience working with at risk adolescent males who suffer from legal and emotional problems. I employ many different therapeutic techniques such as client centered, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, etc. I try to offer a balance of insight and sensitivity to each client and family that I see.

I am also able to offer neurofeedback services using BrainPaint. Please see website for more details. Given my training in philosophy, I also offer philosophical counseling when relevant. This includes incorporating the philosophical works of Nietzsche, Sartre, Schopenhauer, Kant, Yalom, Spinoza, Heidegger, etc.
