Every individual has the innate ability to cope with challenges in their lives, but sometimes it’s hard to draw out those abilities on our own when we need them. I’m here to support you in tapping into that ability to cope, to help you deal with the struggles and celebrate the wins as you go through the ups and downs that come with life.

My years of experience have been focused on delivering clinical support to children, youth and adults. Whether you or your children are dealing with stress, divorce, depression, suicidality, relationships or any other challenges, I can support you in finding a way to work through them while also building up resiliency.

My services are available across Ontario, with office sessions available for those in Toronto. I also offer distance therapy options for anyone in Ontario – video chat, text-based sessions, email sessions and phone sessions. Please see my website for more information.
