All of our therapists are Licensed Professional Counselors available for individual sessions for women & teen girls only. We offer an environment that provides you with the serenity, confidentiality and peace you desire to start your healing journey.

For women, we offer interpersonal counseling, as you define your future with a therapist that empowers you to be the best you can be, using the client-centered approach. We also assist teen girls in transition with interpersonal issues, self-esteem, anger management and conflict resolution tools that move them forward into womanhood, helping them realize that they have a voice and purpose, and it needs to be utilized to the fullest of their ability.

We always use the client-centered approach, cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing, meeting weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as needed.

Rates
Our Wellness Center offers private pay services only, to allow you to be more in control of your Wellness schedule. You can schedule weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions. We offer a variety of flexible morning/afternoon hours, virtual online and Saturday appointments times.Our individual sessions are typically 50-60 minutes and flexible payment plans can be arranged.

We also offer Private Pay ImaniTherapy Consulting/Mentoring sessions focusing on professional life changes and monthly support Circles through our wellness plans for women and girls who realize life is also about taking care of the total you!
