Are you or a family member struggling with depression, anxiety, attention/concentration, managing anger, or anything that consumes one’s thoughts/feelings on a daily basis? I may be able to help with that! I will not present to be an expert in your life, but I do understand how unwanted feelings/thoughts can be so consuming that it interferes with daily activities. Early on in my experience, I learned that it is important to utilize an integrative approach and draw from various therapeutic methodologies including emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

My specialties includes anger management, attentive/inattentiveness, addictions, depression & anxiety, suicidal ideations, stress management, play therapy, family therapy, developing coping skills, and stabilizing families/homes. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator; this means I specialize in premarital/marital counseling, and couple’s therapy.

I aspire to join you on your journey to possibly discover/rediscover strengths within yourself and/or families, and work to improve everyone’s mental health. I offer flexible scheduling with evening availability. I also bring warmth, compassion and commitment to each session; shall we begin the journey?
