I am a licensed counselor who is offering online life coaching for those who cannot visit my office in Peoria, IL.

I use mindfulness-based approach, mind-body practices, and writing exercises to help clients achieve their goals.

I am excited about working with clients who are interested in getting the following results after having worked with me: they have clarity about who they are and want they want in life, gleaned effective coping skills and techniques so they are confident in their capacity to handle life’s challenges whatever that may be. They have a healthy relationship with their mind, body, and emotions while living in the present moment rather than being defined by their past and anxious about their future. They are less reactive toward what people say or do because they no longer take things personally. They developed a healthy self-love and self-compassion that enables them to care for themselves when things are tough. Ultimately, they became the author of their own lives who chose to live their best life stories to share with everyone around them.
