I help moms with anxiety feel more in control. Are you feeling frustrated and hopeless about parenting your kids? You love them so much but find yourself exhausted and with anxiety that’s getting out of control, causing you to overeat and/or drink too much…which only makes you feel worse. I understand the unique demands of trying to be your own person while also raising kids. I understand how hard it can be to cope. If you want to feel more in control of yourself, be more patient with your kids, stop overthinking everything so that you can feel empowered to be the best version of yourself, I can help.

I am certified in perinatal mental health and have experience helping women with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders overcome their symptoms. From trying to conceive to pregnancy to the postpartum period, it is normal to experience a wide range of emotions and I strive to offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment to allow you to fully experience the beauty as well as the frustrating realities of this time.

As an LCSW with ten years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, psychiatric and medical hospitals, crisis centers, therapeutic day schools, and home-based programs. I also have experience working with adolescents and adults with many forms of depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with people from all different cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
