In the first session we will talk about your concerns and where you want to see change for yourself. In our sessions I am active, direct, warm, and compassionate, seeking to help you find answers that will set you on your way to a balanced, healthy life.

I have worked with clients for 35 years helping them to create change in their lives I am licensed as a marriage and family therapist in Washington and only service clients within Washington state. I look forward to hearing from you and getting started!
