Welcome.  My primary focus is Anxiety and Depression. I use a combination of CBT, mindfulness, body awareness, breath work and more.  What makes my  work unique from other therapists is that my training and background  in nursing, psychotherapy, psychology, and spirituality allows me to understand  and work with my clients from a multifaceted approach.  I believe the body/emotions/spirit connection is a powerful combination to heal the whole self.

With 23 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma and relationship issues, I have the knowledge and experience to help you.

*During the Covid-19 pandemic I am doing all therapy sessions online using thera-LINK or by phone.

* Please note I work with adults and adolescents 16+ only.
