Many times we are our own worst critic. Did you know that we have 60,000 thoughts a day, and most of them are negative and the majority of them are the same ones we had yesterday. Let me help you silence that critic in you, and teach you how to talk more nicely to yourself. It all starts with your thoughts, and once you change those, you change your entire life. Through personal experience and education, I have learned how to journey with others as they mange this thing we call “Life”. I would consider it an honor to journey with you today!
