I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been providing individual, family, and couples counseling to adults, children, and adolescents since 1992. My goal as a therapist is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and growth oriented environment in which clients from all backgrounds and believes can find a way to experience their lives in a more positive way. I have extensive training and experience in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, grief, relationship issues and life transitions. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, tailored to best fit my clients individual needs. My counseling style is interactional, meaning I will provide clients with feedback and offer things to work on between sessions so that clients are an active part of the process.
