Welcome to my practice. I understand it can be difficult to find the right person to support you. I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate place for you to work through the challenges you are facing. I specialize in working with individuals, young adults, families and couples who are facing issues such as grief and loss, child loss, new or chronic diagnosis of illness, parental challenges, school and college adjustment, and life transitions. By partnering , I will walk with you, providing practical insight and support. I adapt my approach to meet the needs of each individual, couple or family.
