Have you ever considered therapy, but just weren’t able to take the leap? I get it. Taking the first step is hard. My practice is completely telehealth based, our lives are hectic enough without finding time to make it to another appointment. While working with me you can completely bypass the barriers of getting to the visit and engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home. I offer a secure easy to use telehealth platform for all sessions. I have a holistic, individualized approach to care and specialize in working with adults and couples.
I can help by providing warm unconditional positive regard and empathetic support. During therapy I build on strengths so clients will feel empowered to make desired changes. I have worked with dual diagnosis clients for the last 6 years so I am well-versed in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and grief/loss issues .
