I am a strengths-based counselor; counseling is a gift to yourself. I work primarily with couples and with other helping professionals and executives in: Mental Health, Medicine, Criminal Justice, Clergy, Politics, Emergency Services, and with Leaders/Managers of other fields. I also provide training and supervision to mental health counselors and social workers. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I also have a Certificate in Basic Mediation, and a Ph.D. in Education: Leadership for Higher Education. I was a college administrator and professor for nearly 20 years in public and private colleges in VT and MA. These additional credentials, and my higher education career inform my therapeutic work with other professionals and executives. I am also the founder of Healthy Minds: Counseling, Consultation & Education, with 14 therapists providing services in two locations and online.
