Making the decision to begin therapy is not easy, and usually only happens when negative things are going on in our lives. The good news is that therapy can have a lasting and positive effect on your life. Through the therapeutic relationship, you can gain insight into how negative thought patterns and behaviors may be limiting your life, and find new healthier ways of looking at you and the world around you. My goal is to support you as you uncover and strengthen your inner resources, create new skills, and to help you create a meaningful connection to yourself and others.

Remember, we all fall down from time to time. It takes courage to seek help and support during those times when we have difficulty getting back up. I commend you for taking the first step.

A little about me……I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California. I have a Masters Degree in Psychology and have been working in this field for many years now. I initially made this career choice because I wanted to learn how to help myself and my family. Along the way, I discovered I had a real passion and talent for connecting with and understanding others.
My counseling style is very warm and empathetic. I always begin by listening to and understanding your challenges. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you can share and explore your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and inner world. I’m here to help you reach emotional relief and empowerment. I will work with you to identify your strengths, and tailor treatment to meet your specific needs.
