Andrea Lopez, MSN, RN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Andrea was born in Baltimore and raised in rural, northeastern Maryland. A graduate of Rising Sun High School, she completed her undergraduate degree at The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and her graduate degree at Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions. She has completed doctoral-level work toward a PhD in marriage and family therapy and is currently a Master of Divinity student at Asbury Theological Seminary.

Andrea is recognized as an Integrative Medicine for Mental Health provider and was recently awarded Mental Health Nurse 2017 for the Washington, DC regional area. Before opening Providence Integrative Health and Wellness, she worked for an area FQHC and a few of the finest hospitals in the nation. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry, Anxiety and Depression Association of America and the Christian Association for Psychological Studies.

When not striving to keep her clients happy and healthy, she enjoys cycling, weightlifting, time with her family and growing in her relationship with God.
