My primary focus is helping couples blossom and thrive. I believe that when a couple is doing well the whole family is doing well. I will help you communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts fairly, reconnect, heal the emotional wounds, create greater levels of trust, safety and stronger emotional bonds. Further issues addressed range from parenting skills, family difficulties, to work concerns, personal growth, depression, grief, stress, anger, anxiety and addictions. I work with all ages, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I also have expertise in helping families and children through their internal and family struggles, and I am certified in clinical hypnosis, with an emphasis in treating depression and anxiety.
