I work to help clients build a deeper and more compassionate understanding of themselves in order to identify their strengths, develop new coping skills, build more meaningful relationships and live a more fulfilling life.

I specialize in working with adults struggling with a wide range of psychological concerns, including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, self esteem, life transition, relationships, trauma, sexual abuse, family conflict and crisis counseling.
