I have specialized in treating food and weight issues for over 30 years.  My area of expertise covers the full spectrum of disordered eating, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia, Binge-Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, pre and post bariatric surgery psychological consultations, and body-image issues.  My passion is working with clients who struggle with compulsive/emotional eating  and are also trying to lose weight.  I use positive psychology and health coaching strategies to motivate and guide clients to achieve their personal goals and make lasting lifestyle changes.  I offer in-person counseling at my practice, glow –  glorious lifestyle * optimal weight, and on-line counseling or weight-loss coaching, (I am also a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach).
