Hello! I’m Dr. Keith, owner and lead LPC at Life Interrupted Counseling Services. As a PhD clinician, licensed in 3 states, with 16 years experience, I feel confident that I can support you along your journey. I partner with adults and couples who have everyday struggles, significant emotional, and behavioral problems. I value diversity of individuals and diverse life experiences. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, relationship issues, stress, divorce, pre-marital issues, and family conflicts. I provide treatment in-office and through video.
I help identify, cope with, and find ways to eliminate problems that cause distress. I do this by using research driven treatment approaches, such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, behavior modification, and couples therapy. I provide individual, couples and family therapy.
