Do you want to improve your relationships? Are you struggling to cope with changes in your life? Are you having trouble sleeping? Would you like greater satisfaction from your career? Do you need help with your marriage or significant other? Is something missing in your life and you just can’t figure it out? Perhaps you feel the need to understand yourself or your behavior. As a licensed professional counselor, my goal is for you to not only feel better but to gain an awareness that you have the inner strength to overcome obstacles and feel more in control.

My areas of expertise include: relationship issues, couples and marriage counseling, stress reduction, anxiety, depression, insomnia and life adjustment concerns (loss, health and career). The main focus of my work is with adult individuals and couples. Office hours: Monday – Friday 10am – 9pm and Saturday 10am – 3pm.

I provide a therapeutic environment that is safe, accepting and understanding. I enjoy my work because I get to help good people who have difficult problems take the necessary steps to make their lives and relationships become better, more productive and easier.
