Hope and joy are parts of life, however, life can also be filled with struggle and hardship. At times our struggle can be so great that it starts to chip away at our sense of hope. It’s at this point that counseling can be helpful. A therapist comes alongside and supports as one works to face these struggles that have made it difficult to maintain hope. They can stem from a host of experiences including; trauma, depression, anxiety, loss/grief, and relationships. I wholeheartedly believe it takes courage to face what is troubling us or causing us pain.

It is an honor to walk alongside, instilling hope and aid in healing as people take courageous steps toward health and wholeness. I strive to create a space where people can feel safe to openly share their story with vulnerability. I work from a strengths-based, client- centered perspective. I have experience working with adolescents, adults and older adults.
