Hello and welcome! Deciding to access counseling can be a life-changing decision and selecting a provider who will meet your therapeutic needs is a huge first step. A strong therapeutic alliance is correlated with improved therapy outcomes so finding someone who seems a “good fit” will facilitate the therapeutic process.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who offers telehealth services to residents of California over the age of 18. Tele-health has allowed me to provide accessible and more affordable therapy to clients who may not otherwise be able to access mental health services.

With over 20 years’ experience in the field of social services and public health, I specialize in working with individuals of who struggle with addictions, anxiety and depression, stress management, relationships, women’s issues and health, HIV/AIDS, Bipolar Disorder, and LGBTQ issues. I believe in meeting my clients “where they are at” and using a unique approach based on your goals. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based Therapies. I believe using a combination of both process therapy as well as directed tasks and homework best support clients in reaching their goals.
