At times we need help and guidance sorting out our challenges as when life suddenly changes it can be difficult to cope, to understand or even to make appropriate decisions. Counseling can provide relief from sleepless nights, distressing emotions, endless worry, isolation and mood swings.

I am an experienced therapist who has been practicing since 2001 in both hospital and outpatient settings. My counseling style combines mindfulness with an evidence based cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) to help you achieve your goals. I am also well versed in Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT), Forgiveness Therapy, Crisis and Trauma Intervention and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with children, teens and adults who are coping with depression, anxiety, trauma history, mood disorder, career challenges, ADHD, chronic health issues, relationship issues, divorce and co-parenting, caregiving stress and grief/loss.
