By combining mindful, holistic, and evidence-based practice, I believe that we can work together to identify obstacles that prevent you from understanding your unique struggles and rediscovering your true self. I can help you to develop a deeper relationship with yourself, and will encourage opportunities for self-exploration that may be necessary to live a balanced and peaceful life. My training and approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, trauma-informed, and focusing-oriented psychotherapy with a person-centered and empathetic counseling style. I especially pride myself on my ability to adjust my technique in order to meet each person where they are in the moment. I know that asking for help can seem overwhelming and sometimes, taking the first step is the hardest part.
