Martamaria Frappier

Marta Gomez Frappier is a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed professional counselor with a masters degree in clinical health psychology and has been working in the mental health field since 2005.  With her knowledge and expertise in psychology, she is now working as a personal development coach for women to help empower women achieve their greatest goals and potential.

She enjoys working from an integrative and strength-based approach; assisting women find their innate inner strengths and bring them to the surface to problem solve and move forward in areas in which they feel limited or stuck. Her coaching sessions are tailored to assist women redefine their challenges as an opportunity for growth and success.

A particular area of strength in her practice includes working with women with ADHD by empowering them for success in organization, planning, self-esteem, and self-initiative. She also enjoys working with women who need support finding ways to not just adjust, but THRIVE, when faced with different challenging life situations and transitions including in the areas of changes in relationship status, parenting, post-pregnancy, breaking free from codependency, and finding purpose post-college.
