My deepest hope is that therapy can become a safe space where you are able to authentically explore your relationship to yourself and others. I believe we all have unlimited potential for our own peace and contentment living within ourselves; oftentimes, we are lacking a time and space to compassionately peel back the layers that constrain us from our true selves. I work from a strengths-based approach founded in mindfulness and compassion building. In our time together, we will build useful coping tools where needed and explore the layers limiting your true self and potential, so that you can live a more authentic, satisfying life. I work with individuals ( adolescent age +), couples and families.

I also am a certified yoga instructor specializing in therapeutically oriented yoga. Inquire about interests in yoga and meditation guidance for support in anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, self esteem, trauma and eating disorders.
