It is my joy to work with individuals on issues including anxiety, depression, stress, sexual identity/GLBTQ+, traditional & non-traditional relationships, spirituality and person growth. I practice an eclectic approach to therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral & Mindfulness-based theories that help clients “clear away the mud” from the lenses with which they see themselves and the world around them. I believe psychotherapy is a collaborative effort between client(s) & therapist. Both must be present and committed to working together to facilitate growth and change.
