I believe that reaching out for help is a sign of strength and courage. Working with a therapist can help you gain insight, realize your strength, make better choices, create balance, and feel confident. Together, we can discover the way forward for you.

I have success in helping clients create more joy, meaning and fulfilment in their lives. I provide a combination of emotional support, hopeful focus and practical tools to make the changes that enable people to increase their self-esteem, lower their anxiety, improve their mood and build better relationships.

In therapy I am warm, genuine and non-judgemental. I want you to feel safe to share your worries with me. I believe each one of us are experts in our own lives. I will work with you to find an approach that works best for your situation.

I have worked successfully with adults, children and families in a professional capacity within the fields of Mental Health, Crisis Counselling, Education and in Child Welfare. I am experienced in supporting children who have behaviour challenges, exceptionalities and trauma. I have worked with families/caregivers in understanding their child’s challenges and managing their own wellness as care providers. My strength is positive engagement to find hidden potential and resilience that occupy each individual and relationship.
